    Online HACCP

    Self-Paced Workshop in Spanish or English

    The course consists entirely of online self-paced content (available in both Spanish and English) and is for individuals who have responsibility for building, maintaining, and updating plant HACCP programs that will meet customer and third-party requirements.

    This course, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Plan, is accredited under the International HACCP Alliance and is designed to meet the requirements set for GFSI, FSIS, and FDA. This course serves as a prerequisite for Implementing SQF Systems training.

    Participants will receive a certificate with a gold seal that is recognized by the International HACCP Alliance.

    Key Outcomes:

    • Provides practical information, forms, and exercises designed to enhance HACCP and other food safety systems
    • Learn the relationship of traditional HACCP concepts with the Preventative Controls for Human Food rule under FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)

    This course has rolling admission, you may begin the course once your registration and payment are confirmed. Participants have 4 weeks to complete the course, either at home or at their facility. Registrations are accepted at any time.
