    Apply for the Dairy Runway Summer 2024 Cohort

    Applications are now open for the third cohort of Dairy Runway, a FREE, virtual Cornell-hosted entrepreneurship program that supports food entrepreneurs and dairy innovators with early-stage ideas for value-added dairy products using New York State cow milk.

    The program is open to any dairy entrepreneur or food innovator located in New York or New England with an idea for a new, value-added, cow milk-based dairy product.

    Applications for the Summer 2024 cohort are now open through 5 p.m. ET on June 5, 2024. Participants will be selected the week of June 17, and the virtual course will run from July 8 to August 8. Apply now.

    About the Dairy Runway Program

    Up to 10 teams will be selected into each Dairy Runway cohort to participate in a free, virtual course that is approximately six weeks long and combines self-directed online learning activities with Zoom-based class meetings and one-on-one instructor check-ins. Program participants who complete the online course advance to the Kitchen Incubator stage and gain access to invaluable resources, including:

    Cornell Entrepreneurs in Residence to provide individualized mentorship, guidance, and business coaching.

    Fully funded access to Cornell’s food processing facilities to bring your innovative ideas to life.

    Support from Cornell’s Food Science technical experts in developing your prototype.
