    Dear Maine Cheese Guild,

My name is Melody Larson and I work for Wolfe’s Neck Center in Freeport, Maine. Jodi & Jim of ChiGoBee Farm suggested I reach out to you in regards to our goat procurement quest.

I know this is probably a long stretch, but we are in the search for a pregnant or in milk doe from a clean herd for Wolfe’s Neck Center education programs. We had a wonderful well mannered doe that for unforeseen circumstances was unable to return to us bred this year. During the summer, our milking doe is a large part of our Farm Camp and public visitor programming. Preferably we are looking for a full sized doe. She would live with our two weathers and 1 yr old doe, who are Oberhaslis.

I was wondering if you could share our inquiry with your network? Or if you had any suggestions on specific folks to reach out to?

    Thanks!

    Melody
