    Artisan Dairy Food Safety Chat

November Food Safety Chats with an Expert

    November 13th - Hazard Analysis

    November 16th - Environmental Monitoring

Do you have questions about your Food Safety Plan? Are you a new or expanding artisan dairy producer? Are you curious about what steps you need to take in order to be FSMA compliant?

Come sit in on our office hours Q&A sessions. These free Q&A sessions will take place twice a month, every month via Zoom. There is no cost to attend the Online Dairy Food Safety Chat sessions.

Each session will focus on a different food safety topic, but there will also be plenty of time for your questions about your specific food safety plan.

You do not need to have taken the Artisan Dairy Food Safety Plan Coaching workshop recently. All you need to bring are your questions and your food safety plan (in whatever state it might be in).

Schedule of Office Hours for November:

November 13th - 10-11am ET - Allergen Controls: register here!

November 16th - 3-4pm ET - Environmental Monitoring: register here!

The full Office Hours Q&A Schedule can be found here: https://cals.cornell.edu/northeast-dairy-foods-research-center/artisan-support

These workshops are made possible through the support of a USDA grant, obtained in collaboration with Cornell University, North Carolina State University, Oregon State University, and the Innovation Center for US Dairy.
