Maine Cheese Guild: May Member Gathering at University of Maine Orono

Nur Kus, a graduate student of Dr. Qing Jin, will present an update on her cheese packaging research from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m., followed by a short Q&A session. The meeting will include a tour of the Pilot Plant, Commercial Kitchen and Food Testing Services Lab as well as time for a brief business meeting afterwards.  

REMINDER: If you have submitted an ACS entry, please plan to coordinate the delivery of your cheese to the Pineland Farms Dairy plant in Bangor by May 11th.
