Description
We handcraft small-batch artisan cheeses and yogurt with milk from our own pasture-fed, GMO-free Alpine and Saanen goats, and from a neighbors organic Jersey milk. Our cheeses reflect our family roots, bringing pastoral skills and recipes from New Zealand to our family farm in Central Maine. We were licensed in 2008 and added solar PV panels in 2013. Each batch of cheese is carefully composed from scratch to bring you local, delicious and inspired flavors. We sell at these Farmers' markets: Waterville (Thursday) and Belgrade (Sunday), and at various local stores.
