    Join the Vermont Cheese Council and E.B. Flory (Vermont Food Safety and Consumer Protection Division Director and Dairy Section Chief) for an informational update call concerning HPAI (Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza) and results from the national raw milk cheese work group. This call is open to all licensed cheesemakers outside of Vermont, as well as Vermont makers. Please note this call will be hosted and moderated.
