General directions:

From I-95, take Exit 150 to Somerset Ave in Pittsfield.  Turn left onto Crawford Rd (<1 mile from I-95) and then turn right onto the Webb Rd (1 mile).  Balfour Farm is set back from the Webb Rd on the right. 

Renee Blais, Beth Calder, and Heather Donahue will be providing a sanitation walking tour through Balfour Farm.  This tour is an informal educational opportunity to allow cheesemakers to have a conversation with Renee and Beth, ask questions, and Renee can provide guidance on what she is looking for during a typical creamery inspection.  Heather will also be providing a tour of her farm.  Please wear clean, but comfortable footwear.
